Hino trucks were founded in Japan in 1973, and are known for their leading truck designs. As of 2003, one of the biggest Japanese auto manufacturers, Toyota Corp. acquired majority share in the company. Today, Hino trucks manufacturer high performance, medium to heavy trucks.

One such model was a reefer frozen truck in the year 1990. This truck was powered by a diesel Hino engine and had an automatic four speed transmission. The length of this truck was 16 feet, while the width of this truck was 96 inches. The interior of the Hino FE2620 reefer frozen truck was gray in color.

The chassis of this truck rests on stainless steel wheels which measure 22.5. The main body of the truck, including the ceiling and floor was composed of aluminum. The exterior of this truck is white in color. To access the reefer frozen storage, the rear end of the Hino FE2620 truck has roll up doors. The latest 2011 model of the Hino 238 is offered in a semi trailer configuration. This is a medium duty Class 6 truck, with a GWVR of 23,000 pounds. It is also offered in a cargo box configuration. Apart from this, you can also choose between different cab choices depending on your work operations.

The Hino 238 truck is powered by a diesel Hino 6 cylinder Toyota engine and is mated with an automatic Allison 2200HS transmission, to generate 220 horsepower. For a smoother ride, this truck is supplied with a spring type suspension. The overall length of this truck is 24 feet, while the width is 102 inches, wide enough for a cargo storage box.

The height of the Hino 238 truck is 8 ft. 6 in. You can access the cargo storage box through roll up doors located at the rear of this truck. With a wheelbase of 253 inches, the cab of this truck is quite roomy and comfortable. The interior of these Hino trucks are air conditioned and also have a CD player.
